There is a new Secure Help System operating though an Email-like platform which also allows re-access of previous messages/conversations.
This is a much easier system than the earlier secure help version. The new system is in partnership with the NG Desk Help Platform, which provides full online secure conversations bwteen selected parties without sharing with other personnel or clients.
WHY WOULD YOU WANT SECURE HELP?

The answer is you might want to have a conversation with a specific specialist in Harmony, that you do not want to sharfe with anyone else or with other staff.
Usinhg the new Help Desk you can have a private email tye converstion and come back to it at any time to review it later.
