If you would like the Secure help Desk -
Then follow these instriuctions:
When ready -
Click on the "Secure Help Desk" button above (or in the main Top Menu).
Then -
Either open a New Help Ticket or if you already have a help ticket, Login to follow-up your existing Ticket.
To open a New Ticket-
Click on “Open a New Ticket”, Enter your email, name and telephone number then the details of the help you require. We WILL get back to you by email, providing a link to our secure help system with our comments.
With a New Help Ticket you will get a New Ticket Number.
You will need this number to open support replies in the future.
Please be specific and to the point so we can help you efficiently.
